However - when I spoke with James about one of his properties, he advised me against the area, and went on to spend a huge amount of time directing me on where would and wouldn’t be suitable for me and my partner to set up - we eventually bought and are very happy, all with James’ help and support
I honestly can’t begin to say how invaluable his advise was, and how surprised I was that he’d go out of his way to help a person who wasn’t his client

The property was marketed using a professional photographer which showed it in its best light. James also showed prospective buyers around and gave useful feedback following each viewing. He found a buyer in a few short weeks and from then he managed the sale. Communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours.
